Jackie Dornford-May is the Association's Regional Care Development Adviser (RCDA) working in the Branch area, who has detailed knowledge of the care and management of Motor Neurone Disease. Working very closely with local statutory services and community care providers she is able to provide support and advice to people with MND and their families.She can be contacted by email at jackie.dornfordmay@mndassociation.org

Volunteering Development Co-ordinators (VDC) are regionally based staff who provide advice and support to Support Groups, Branches and other Volunteer groups and also encourage and help to set up new Branches and groups. MND Connect offers information and support to people affected by the disease. It is available Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and 7.00pm-10.30pm. A message service is available on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday weekends. Calls are charged at local rates from anywhere in the UK. Alternatively, mndconnect@mndassociation.org
